1. Fulfillment Policy

– Our services are custom-tailored to your specific needs and outlined in the agreed-upon project scope or contract.
– Deliverables may include website design, development, marketing strategies, or other digital assets, provided electronically via email or secure file-sharing platforms.

2. Timelines:
– Project timelines, including milestones and final delivery dates, are defined in your agreement with us.
– Any changes to the project scope or unexpected delays will be communicated promptly.

3. Approval Process:
– Before final delivery, you will have the opportunity to review and approve project drafts, ensuring alignment with your expectations.

4. Completion of Services:
– A project is considered complete once all deliverables have been provided and approved by you. Post-completion revisions are subject to additional charges unless otherwise agreed.

2. Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
– Services have not yet commenced, and a cancellation request is submitted in writing.
– If the delivered services do not meet the specifications outlined in the agreement, and we are unable to resolve the issue through revisions.

2. Non-Refundable Services:
– Completed and approved services.
– Work for which significant progress has been made, as defined in the agreement.
– Custom design or marketing services where substantial resources have been allocated.

3. Refund Request Process:
– Submit a written refund request to hello@NJWGD.com, including your project details and the reason for your request.
– Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days of submission.

4. Refund Resolution:
– If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
– Refunds will be partial or full, depending on the scope of work completed at the time of the request.
